Our Outputs: Engineered, Not Extracted
The Werx Forge fractionates on site. A single continuous train separates the vapour into distinct cuts — SAF-ready kerosene, renewable diesel and naphtha — alongside carbon black and biochar, with a graphene precursor recovered from tyre-derived runs. Process gas is recovered to drive the reaction. What leaves the gate is finished product: no separate hydrotreating plant, no third-party splitter, near-zero emissions. How is SAF made?
We use thermochemical recycling to convert waste into SAF-ready jet fuel, aligned to ASTM D7566 pathways.
Is engine modification needed?
No modifications required; our SAF is 100% compatible with existing aircraft engines and fuel systems.
What Werx Forge models are available?
How do I become a waste supplier?
Yes. Produce SAF-ready fuel, renewable diesel, or carbon products under your brand using licensed Werx Forge systems. We provide quality control support and carbon credit registration.
What is the timeline for a licensed plant?
License signing: 30–60 days
Engineering & delivery: 6 months
Commissioning: 1 month
First fuel/graphene output: 9-12 months
Three: the Werx Forge 100 at 1 ton per hour, the Werx Forge 200 at 2 tons per hour, and the Werx Forge 300 at 3 tons per hour. All three are the same platform — the difference is nameplate feedstock throughput. Output varies with feedstock mix and site conditions.

Do you offer white-label or OEM fuel production?
What feedstocks do you accept?
Recyclables and post-consumer plastics (PE, PP, PS, including mixed and film streams), end-of-life tires, wood and sawmill waste, biomass, agricultural and orchard residue, construction and demolition material, railroad ties, and telephone poles. We do not accept PVC, electronics, medical waste, or unsorted material. Most of our feedstock is contract-based — talk to us about your stream.
Am I buying a machine or licensing a technology?
Licensing. A Werx Forge license is a long-term partnership rather than a one-time purchase: we build and commission the unit, train your team to run it to specification, and monitor performance for the life of the agreement.
